By accessing or using Ala Kaam ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Ala Kaam is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Pakistan. We provide sellers with a platform to showcase their products and buyers with the ability to discover and contact sellers directly via WhatsApp. Ala Kaam does not process payments or handle deliveries.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Ala Kaam reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, prices, and images. Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Sellers may not list prohibited items including counterfeit goods, illegal products, or items that violate Pakistani law. Ala Kaam reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
Buyers are responsible for conducting due diligence before making any purchase. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Ala Kaam is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed on the Platform.
Users may not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent activities, post false or misleading information, harass or abuse other users, attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission.
All content on Ala Kaam, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Ala Kaam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Ala Kaam a license to display this content on the Platform.
Ala Kaam is a marketplace platform only and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions conducted through the Platform. Users agree to resolve disputes directly with each other.
Ala Kaam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
