Ala Kaam respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all Users, Sellers, Buyers, and visitors to do the same.
This Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") explains how Ala Kaam handles reports of alleged intellectual property infringement and the responsibilities of Users regarding intellectual property.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Prohibited Items Policy.
By using Ala Kaam, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their Listings do not infringe the rights of others.
Users may not upload, publish, sell, distribute, or otherwise make available content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights. This includes:
If you believe that content on Ala Kaam infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to Ala Kaam.
Your notice should include, where applicable:
Providing complete information helps us review your report more efficiently.
Upon receiving a report, Ala Kaam may, in its sole discretion:
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of content.
Where appropriate, Ala Kaam may allow the affected Seller to respond to a complaint and provide information supporting their right to use the disputed content or product.
Failure to respond may result in removal of the Listing or other enforcement action.
Ala Kaam reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of Users or Sellers who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Whether a User is considered a repeat infringer will be determined by Ala Kaam in its reasonable discretion based on factors such as the number, seriousness, and credibility of infringement reports.
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent intellectual property complaints is prohibited.
Ala Kaam may reject such complaints and may take action against Users who repeatedly abuse the reporting process.
Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited.
If Ala Kaam reasonably believes a product is counterfeit, it may:
Ala Kaam is an online marketplace platform.
Except where Ala Kaam is itself the rights holder, Ala Kaam generally does not determine ownership of intellectual property rights or adjudicate disputes between private parties.
Ala Kaam may act on complaints in accordance with this Policy but does not guarantee any particular outcome.
By uploading content to Ala Kaam, Users grant Ala Kaam the license described in the Seller Agreement and Terms of Service to display, reproduce, and use such content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of the User's intellectual property.

These rights may be exercised even if a complaint is disputed, where Ala Kaam believes action is appropriate to protect the Platform or its Users.
Ala Kaam may modify this Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
