• •Copyright infringement
• •Trademark infringement
• •Offensive messages
• •Dangerous or illegal activity
• •Attempts to hack or compromise accounts
• •Any other violation of Ala Kaam's Terms of Service or Platform policies

Before You Submit a Report

Please submit reports honestly and only when you genuinely believe a violation has occurred.

Knowingly submitting false, malicious, or misleading reports may result in enforcement action against your account.

How to Submit a Report

Ala Kaam provides reporting tools throughout the Platform.

To report abusive behavior:

• •Click the "Report" option associated with the User, message, review, store, or other content, where available.
• •Select the reason that best matches your concern.
• •Provide additional details if necessary.
• •Attach supporting evidence if the Platform provides this option.
• •Submit your report.

Your report will be sent directly to the Ala Kaam moderation team for review.

Additional reporting methods may be introduced in future versions of the Platform.

Information That Helps Our Review

When available, please include:

• •Username or store name
• •Link to the profile, message, review, or content
• •Description of the issue
• •Date and time of the incident (if known)
• •Screenshots or supporting evidence
• •Any other relevant information

Providing accurate and complete information helps us investigate more efficiently.

Our Review Process

After receiving a report, Ala Kaam may:

• •Review the reported activity
• •Review any supporting evidence
• •Request additional information
• •Contact the parties involved
• •Remove content
• •Remove reviews
• •Restrict Platform features
• •Issue warnings
• •Suspend accounts
• •Permanently terminate accounts
• •Preserve evidence where appropriate
• •Cooperate with law enforcement where required by law

Each report is evaluated individually based on the available information and applicable policies.

What Happens Next?

After your report is submitted:

• •Ala Kaam receives the report for review.
• •Our moderation team evaluates the available information.
• •We may investigate the reported activity.
• •We may request additional information if necessary.
• •Appropriate action may be taken if we determine that our policies have been violated.

For privacy, legal, and security reasons, Ala Kaam may not disclose the outcome or details of every investigation.

Emergency Situations

If you believe someone is in immediate danger or the activity involves:

• •Credible threats of violence
• •Child exploitation
• •Human trafficking
• •Terrorism-related activity
• •Serious criminal conduct

please contact the appropriate law enforcement authorities immediately.

You may also report the activity through Ala Kaam so we can review it under our Platform policies.

Good Faith Reporting

We encourage Users to report genuine concerns to help maintain a safe community.

Submitting knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may violate Ala Kaam's policies and may result in enforcement action.

Ala Kaam's Discretion

Ala Kaam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether conduct violates its Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Seller Agreement, or other Platform policies.

Our decisions may consider User safety, Platform integrity, available evidence, applicable laws, and other relevant factors.
