Report a Listing

What Can Be Reported?

You may report Listings that you reasonably believe involve:

• •Counterfeit products
• •Copyright infringement
• •Trademark infringement
• •Prohibited items
• •Illegal products
• •Fraud or scams
• •Misleading product descriptions
• •Fake or stolen photographs
• •Dangerous or unsafe products
• •Offensive or inappropriate content
• •Duplicate Listings intended to mislead Buyers
• •Spam Listings
• •Incorrect categorization intended to deceive Users
• •Any other violation of Ala Kaam's Terms of Service or Platform policies

Before You Submit a Report

Please report Listings honestly and only when you genuinely believe they violate our policies or applicable law.

False, malicious, or intentionally misleading reports interfere with the operation of the Platform and may result in enforcement action against the reporting User.

If possible, include clear and accurate information to help us investigate efficiently.

How to Submit a Report

Ala Kaam provides reporting tools throughout the Platform to allow Users to quickly report Listings.

To report a Listing:

• •Click the "Report" option available on the Listing.
• •Select the reason that best matches your concern.
• •Provide additional details if necessary.
• •Attach supporting evidence if the Platform provides this option.
• •Submit your report.

Your report will be sent directly to the Ala Kaam moderation team for review.

Future versions of the Platform may provide additional reporting methods.

Information That Helps Our Review

When available, please include:

• •The Listing being reported
• •The reason for the report
• •Additional details explaining the issue
• •Screenshots or supporting evidence (if available)
• •Any other information that may assist our investigation

Providing complete and accurate information helps us review reports more efficiently.

Our Review Process

Once a report is submitted, Ala Kaam may:

• •Review the Listing.
• •Review the information provided.
• •Request additional information where appropriate.
• •Contact the Seller for clarification.
• •Temporarily restrict the Listing during review.
• •Remove the Listing.
• •Restrict Seller account features.
• •Suspend or terminate the Seller's account where appropriate.
• •Take any other action permitted under our Terms of Service and Platform policies.

Not every report will result in removal of a Listing.

Each report is evaluated individually based on the available information and applicable policies.

What Happens Next?

After your report is submitted:

• •Ala Kaam receives the report for review.
• •Our moderation team evaluates the Listing and any supporting information.
• •We may request additional information if necessary.
• •We may contact the Seller during our review.
• •Appropriate action may be taken if we determine that the Listing violates our policies or applicable law.

For privacy, legal, and security reasons, Ala Kaam may not disclose the outcome or details of every investigation.

Emergency Situations

If you believe a Listing involves:

• •Immediate danger to public safety
• •Serious criminal activity
• •Child exploitation
• •Human trafficking
• •Terrorism-related content
• •Credible threats of violence

please contact the appropriate law enforcement authorities immediately.

You may also report the Listing through Ala Kaam so we can review it under our Platform policies.

Good Faith Reporting

We encourage all Users to help maintain a safe marketplace by reporting genuine concerns.

Good-faith reports help protect Buyers, Sellers, creators, and the Ala Kaam community.

Submitting knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may itself violate Ala Kaam's policies and may result in enforcement action.

Ala Kaam's Discretion

Ala Kaam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a Listing violates its Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, or other Platform policies.

Our decisions may consider the available evidence, applicable laws, User safety, Platform integrity, and other relevant factors.

• •You understand that Ala Kaam will review reports in good faith.
• •You understand that submitting a report does not guarantee removal of a Listing.
• •You agree to submit reports honestly and accurately.
• •You understand that Ala Kaam may take action consistent with its Terms of Service and Platform policies based on its review of the reported Listing.
