Prohibited Items Policy

1. Introduction

This Prohibited Items Policy ("Policy") explains which products, services, and listings are not permitted on Ala Kaam.

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines.

All Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every Listing complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.

Ala Kaam reserves the right to remove any Listing, suspend any Seller, or terminate any account that violates this Policy.

2. General Rule

Only products that are lawful to sell, accurately represented, and compliant with all applicable laws and Ala Kaam policies may be listed.

If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, do not list it until you have contacted Ala Kaam.

3. Illegal Products

The following may not be listed or sold:

• •Stolen property
• •Smuggled goods
• •Counterfeit goods
• •Pirated products
• •Illegal imports
• •Illegal exports
• •Forged documents
• •Fake certificates
• •Fake IDs
• •Government-issued identification documents
• •Police or military credentials
• •Currency intended to be used fraudulently
• •Any item whose sale is prohibited by law

4. Counterfeit and Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not list any item that infringes another person's or company's intellectual property rights. This includes:

• •Fake designer goods
• •Fake branded products
• •Replica luxury items
• •Unauthorized copies
• •Pirated software
• •Bootleg DVDs
• •Bootleg music
• •Copyrighted artwork without permission
• •Trademark-infringing products
• •Products using another company's logo without authorization

Ala Kaam may immediately remove such Listings and terminate repeat offenders.

5. Weapons and Dangerous Items

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law and approved by Ala Kaam, you may not sell:

• •Firearms
• •Ammunition
• •Explosives
• •Bomb-making materials
• •Grenades
• •Fireworks intended for illegal use
• •Weapon parts where prohibited
• •Switchblades where prohibited
• •Brass knuckles
• •Tasers where prohibited
• •Pepper spray where prohibited
• •Military weapons
• •Military explosives

Kitchen knives, craft tools, and other ordinary household items intended for lawful purposes may be listed where permitted by law.

6. Drugs, Medicines, and Medical Products

The following are prohibited unless specifically permitted by applicable law and Ala Kaam:

• •Illegal drugs
• •Narcotics
• •Controlled substances
• •Prescription medicines
• •Prescription-only medical devices
• •Counterfeit medicines
• •Expired medicines
• •Medical products making false claims
• •Drug paraphernalia intended for illegal drug use

Over-the-counter health products must comply with all applicable laws and accurately represent their intended use.

7. Hazardous Materials

Listings may not include:

• •Toxic chemicals
• •Hazardous waste
• •Radioactive materials
• •Poisonous substances
• •Biological hazards
• •Corrosive chemicals
• •Illegal pesticides
• •Explosive chemicals

8. Alcohol, Tobacco, and Nicotine Products

Unless expressly authorized by Ala Kaam and permitted by applicable law, the following are prohibited:

• •Alcoholic beverages
• •Cigarettes
• •Cigars
• •Tobacco products
• •Vapes
• •E-cigarettes
• •Nicotine liquids
• •Smoking products intended for minors

9. Adult Products

The following are prohibited:

• •Pornographic material
• •Sexually explicit products whose sale is unlawful
• •Escort services
• •Prostitution-related services
• •Sexually exploitative material
• •Non-consensual intimate imagery
• •Content involving minors

Lawful adult wellness products may be permitted only if Ala Kaam expressly allows them in the future.

10. Human and Animal Items

You may not sell:

• •Human organs
• •Human tissue
• •Human remains
• •Blood
• •Body parts
• •Endangered wildlife
• •Ivory
• •Products prohibited under wildlife protection laws
• •Live animals where prohibited by law

11. Financial and Fraudulent Products

Listings may not include:

• •Fake investments
• •Pyramid schemes
• •Ponzi schemes
• •Money laundering services
• •Counterfeit currency
• •Fraudulent financial services
• •Credit card information
• •Bank account information
• •Stolen digital accounts
• •Hacked accounts

12. Digital and Online Assets

Without Ala Kaam's written approval, you may not sell:

• •Hacked software
• •Stolen software licenses
• •Stolen game accounts
• •Stolen social media accounts
• •Stolen domain names
• •Malware
• •Viruses
• •Spyware
• •Ransomware
• •Software intended primarily for illegal activity

Legitimate software, digital templates, artwork, and digital downloads may be permitted if they comply with all applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

13. Dangerous or Unsafe Products

Products may not be listed if they:

• •Pose an unreasonable safety risk
• •Have been recalled by a manufacturer or regulator
• •Are expired where expiration is material
• •Lack legally required safety warnings
• •Are known to be defective
• •Are prohibited by applicable consumer safety laws

14. Services

The following services are prohibited:

• •Illegal services
• •Fraudulent services
• •Hacking services
• •DDoS services
• •Fake document creation
• •Academic cheating services
• •Contract cheating
• •Criminal services
• •Services encouraging unlawful conduct

15. Ala Kaam's Discretion

Ala Kaam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit any product, category, service, or Listing that it believes:

• •Violates the law;
• •Creates unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk;
• •Endangers Users;
• •Is misleading or deceptive;
• •Is inconsistent with Ala Kaam's values or policies.

Ala Kaam may remove Listings even if they are not specifically listed in this Policy.

16. Reporting Prohibited Listings

Users are encouraged to report Listings they believe violate this Policy.

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.

Knowingly submitting false reports may result in enforcement action.

17. Violations

If a Seller violates this Policy, Ala Kaam may:

• •Remove Listings;
• •Suspend Listings;
• •Restrict account features;
• •Suspend the Seller account;
• •Permanently terminate the Seller account;
• •Remove the Seller's store;
• •Preserve evidence;
• •Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate permanent removal from the Platform.

18. Changes to this Policy

Ala Kaam may modify this Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

19. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

21. User Acknowledgement

By listing products or using Ala Kaam, you acknowledge that:

• •You agree not to list or sell prohibited items.
• •You understand that Ala Kaam may remove Listings or suspend accounts at its sole discretion where permitted by law.
• •You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your Listings comply with applicable laws and Ala Kaam policies.
