This Policy forms part of Ala Kaam's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Seller Agreement.
By accessing or using Ala Kaam, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to comply may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, termination of your account, or legal action where appropriate.
2. Purpose
Ala Kaam is intended to provide a safe, trustworthy, and professional marketplace where Buyers and Sellers can connect. To protect the Platform and its Users, certain activities are prohibited.
3. Compliance With Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Ala Kaam. You may not use Ala Kaam to facilitate, encourage, promote, or participate in illegal activity.
4. Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate information when:

- •Communicating with other Users
False, misleading, or deceptive information is prohibited.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not:

- •Transfer accounts without permission.
- •Allow unauthorized persons to access your account.
You must immediately notify Ala Kaam of any suspected unauthorized access.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Ala Kaam to:

- •Mislead Buyers or Sellers.
- •Impersonate another person or business.
- •Use false identities.
- •Create fake accounts.
- •Operate deceptive stores.
- •Manipulate search rankings.
- •Manipulate reviews or ratings.
- •Post fake reviews.
- •Circumvent Platform rules.
- •Bypass suspensions or bans.
- •Encourage illegal activity.
- •Launder money.
- •Conduct scams.
- •Operate pyramid schemes.
- •Operate phishing schemes.
- •Misrepresent products.
- •Misrepresent prices.
- •Misrepresent availability.
- •Harass other Users.
- •Threaten other Users.
- •Intimidate Users.
- •Defame individuals or businesses.
- •Publish obscene or unlawful material.
- •Spread malware.
- •Spread viruses.
- •Distribute ransomware.
- •Upload malicious software.
- •Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- •Interfere with Platform operations.
- •Damage Platform infrastructure.
- •Engage in denial-of-service attacks.
- •Use bots without authorization.
- •Scrape Platform data.
- •Harvest user information.
- •Reverse engineer the Platform.
- •Copy Platform functionality.
- •Circumvent security measures.
- •Attempt to discover source code.
- •Introduce harmful code.
- •Use automated scripts without permission.
7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools
Users may not use automated systems, bots, artificial intelligence agents, scraping software, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar technologies to:
- •Copy Listings.
- •Download large amounts of Platform data.
- •Reproduce stores.
- •Build competing services.
- •Train artificial intelligence models using Platform content without permission.
- •Collect User information.
- •Monitor Platform activity without authorization.
Limited automated access expressly authorized by Ala Kaam is permitted.
8. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
Users may not:
- •Send spam.
- •Send unsolicited advertisements.
- •Send chain messages.
- •Send mass marketing messages.
- •Send fraudulent communications.
- •Harvest email addresses.
- •Harvest phone numbers.
- •Harvest contact information.
9. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must:
- •Reflect genuine experiences.
- •Be truthful.
- •Be respectful.
Users may not:
- •Purchase reviews.
- •Sell reviews.
- •Create fake reviews.
- •Exchange positive reviews.
- •Threaten others to obtain reviews.
- •Offer incentives in exchange for misleading reviews.
10. Respectful Conduct
Users shall treat others respectfully. The following are prohibited:
- •Hate speech.
- •Harassment.
- •Threats.
- •Bullying.
- •Stalking.
- •Discrimination.
- •Intimidation.
- •Personal attacks.
- •Abusive language.
- •Profanity directed toward other Users.
11. Intellectual Property
Users shall respect intellectual property rights. Users may not upload:
- •Copyrighted photographs without authorization.
- •Counterfeit branding.
- •Fake logos.
- •Pirated software.
- •Unauthorized artwork.
- •Trademark-infringing content.
- •Copied product descriptions where doing so infringes the rights of others.
12. Privacy
Users shall respect the privacy of others. Users may not:
- •Publish private information.
- •Share confidential information without permission.
- •Collect personal information unlawfully.
- •Dox other Users.
- •Attempt identity theft.
13. Security
Users shall not:
- •Probe Platform vulnerabilities.
- •Attempt unauthorized access.
- •Test security without authorization.
- •Bypass authentication systems.
- •Interfere with servers.
- •Interfere with databases.
- •Introduce malware.
- •Attempt to disrupt Platform operations.
14. Monitoring
Ala Kaam may monitor Platform activity to protect Users, improve Platform security, investigate violations, detect fraud, and enforce Platform policies.
Ala Kaam is under no obligation to monitor all User activity.
15. Enforcement
If Ala Kaam believes that a User has violated this Policy, Ala Kaam may, at its sole discretion:
- •Remove Listings.
- •Remove Content.
- •Remove reviews.
- •Restrict accounts.
- •Suspend accounts.
- •Permanently terminate accounts.
- •Remove stores.
- •Block IP addresses.
- •Restrict access to Platform features.
- •Report unlawful activity to authorities.
- •Cooperate with law enforcement.
- •Preserve evidence for legal proceedings.
Ala Kaam is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where it reasonably believes doing so is appropriate.
16. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Policy. Reports may include:
- •Fraud.
- •Counterfeit goods.
- •Copyright infringement.
- •Harassment.
- •Fake stores.
- •Spam.
- •Scams.
- •Illegal Listings.
- •Dangerous products.
Submitting false or malicious reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.
17. No Waiver
Failure by Ala Kaam to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.
18. Changes to this Policy
Ala Kaam may modify this Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
19. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
